The American Dollar - Awake In The City (2012)

This band is very good. They definitely do not sound like farts. Unless you like the sound of farts, in which case, this band sounds like chili and Budweiser farts.

this is the download link you moron

Unsane- Wreck (2012)

Welp, see ya later.

WAR HUNGRY-S/T

If you've never heard War Hungry you are in for quite a treat. Wilkes-Barre at it's finest. Metallic hardcore if you even wanna call it that. Tons of great riffs more towards the stoner variety but with a hardcore edge. Whatever it's considered this shit rocks. Smokes up.

Shades of Grey-Freedom/Incarceration

Last zombie post from bad year media blog. Heavy, melodic and pissed fronted by one of the angriest women I've ever heard. Huge From Ashes Rise influence. Swedes just do it better, must be something in the water over there.

Victims- A Dissident/Lies EP/Killer

Here's the last 3 albums besides the Kylesa split from another Swedish crust band Victims. If you never heard them you're fuckin up. Fast, angry, metallic Mothorhead worship. Another revival from the old blog.

Wolfbrigade-Comalive

Reviving this from the old badyear blog. These swedes are harder, faster, and more pissed off than any hardcore band you've found and are listening to this month. From 2008 FFO:From Ashes Rise, Tragedy, Hope Conspiracy. Look out for a new full length being released by this summer.

THE DIVINING-Revelations Of The Lost

Years ago I use to play in this metal band back when bands like God Forbid, Unearth, Killswitch Engage and others of the genre ruled the world. Although I believe we were more for the At The Gates/The Haunted fans we got grouped in with said bands constantly. Here is the album we recorded with Eric Rachel (Trax East Studios) that never got released due to money embezzlement from the record company we were with at the time. Damn the man and enjoy.

RESTORATIONS-S/T

Here we have what I believe is Philadelphias next band to blow up. So here's your chance to check them out and say you heard them before everyone else so you look oh so cool. Rock/Grown-up Punk/Atmospheric I don't know what to consider them but they're one of my current favorite bands and being some of the nicest dudes ever doesn't hurt either.

CAVITY-SUPERCOLLIDER

Changing it up from my usual crust uploads today I'm reintroducing the band Cavity. Before Torche and Floor these dudes were Floridas heavy hitters of stoner metal. Turn it up to 11 and shake your fist hard as hell at this shitty rain.

Napalm Death - Utilitarian (2012)

Yeah, only the best fucking band of all time. Scum + 13 albums later, the apple still doesn't fall far from the tree. This band can do no wrong.

Wolfbeast Destroyer-Far From Grace

This Valentines day do what any good girlfriend or wife would want you to do. After you go out for dinner, a movie or whatever corny shit couples do nowadays, stage dive right into that pussy. These "Motorcrust" punks should give you enough riffage to make her squirt pink and be more festive than anyone could imagine. FFO:Disfear, Wolfbrigade, Victims, Doomriders

Worth the wait.

Even I couldn't have predicted this being this good.
Truly a band of this genre that has never under any circumstances disappointed.

Good Graces- Demo (2012)

New demo from a Philly 4-piece reminiscent of Hot Water Music, Small Brown Bike, etc.
Superior recording for a demo, and miles ahead of the previous bands these lads were doing.
Come out to the Green Rock this Saturday for their first show.
